Going through life day by day I’ve always felt like I was going in circles searching for something to get my going. That thing that prevented me from sleeping at night because of excitement. I don’t know if I have officially found that key yet, of if this stop is preparing me for something even more amazing, but it’s the beginning. Going through these times however can be extremely stressful. Filling your mind and heart with so much anxiety and stress, spreading throughout your environment.
For me personally, it had gotten to the point that I wasn’t sleeping because I was raking my mind trying to find out who I am. A very unhealthy place to be in. If you are in the phase of your life where you are feeling lost, I totally understand how you feel. But I don’t want you to let it control your life like I’ve let it control mine.
I want you to take a deep breath. Breathe in. Breathe out. Then take on the day with your best attitude. We have to remember that in time things will get better. Things are constantly changing. In time all your hard work and working on your talents will pay off and it will be worth it. We have to claim our victory now.
There is so much to be grateful for and be happy about. You may not be fully where you want to be but if you made one little baby step that let you closer to your goal then that is something to smile about. One victory leading to the next! We will all have our tough days or even week. But don’t let it drag all the way to your lowest point. We all – including you, have the potential to be great and to spread positive things and do good things in the world. To help others and to be kind. Never forget that you are great.
Victory comes in all sizes. It all combines into one big victory that spans over a time period of hard work, tough times, happy days, and all in between. Your victorious! Go follow your dreams. Go get that A in class, finish that project. Heck, even start a blog or youtube channel! You are capable and able! Go claim your victory!
All the Love and Blessings,
Andrea Othela
