Getting Back on Track….again!

Fitness and healthy eating has not always been my best friend, I am quickly seeing the consequences of not taking care of myself. But I’m also seeing the slight changes when I do have a healthy and active week. Working out and burning those calories and building muscle isn’t always the hardest part for me. It’s the getting up and going part that really gets me. Why can’t I hit snooze? I don’t have to be up until 10! When it comes to consistency, I’m just as bad. Don’t get me wrong I have my healthy days. But being honest, I’m a huge snacker. Replacing them with little meals has been better for me, and has also help me shed a few pounds as well.

When it comes to my daily eating habits, I have to give myself credit in being that they have for the most part improved. I aim to keep it that way and even eat more healthier food this month. Making sure I get my fruits and vegetables each day, as well as drink half of my body weight each day as well (one gallon of water no matter what!!)

This month my health is really going to be one of my priorities. Wanting to feel more energized and also just be able to have more flexibility is one of my major goals. Of course the weight loss part is going to great as well, especially for my joints and back. But all in all let’s make this month about doing better and taking care of our bodies.
